This page is a terminal for your own machine. The shell itself runs in a
small helper — the SDK Local Service — that you start on your computer; the page only talks
to it. It is not answering, so there is no shell to open.
Start the SDK Local Service, then press Refresh in the toolbar.

Requirements
To use terminals, you need SDK Local Service running:
